ObraPro is proudly owned and operated by Michele Colorado, a bilingual Texas-born Latina whose roots run deep in the flooring industry. From an early age, Michele stood alongside her father and family, serving as a translator and guide through everyday challenges. Through these experiences, she recognized a vital and ongoing need within the Hispanic community—a need for trustworthy representation, clear communication, and genuine support.

Driven not only by a desire to excel but by a heartfelt commitment to uplift others, Michele immersed herself in every facet of the flooring trade. She didn’t settle for knowing just the installation side; she mastered the business and administrative complexities because she understood that real empowerment comes from comprehensive knowledge. Her journey led her to collaborate extensively with flooring suppliers like ProSource Wholesale and Floor & Decor, as well as cabinetry and countertop manufacturers, commercial general contractors, and restoration companies. In every role, Michele naturally became the bridge—the liaison and advocate—for Spanish-speaking contractors and installers.

Michele’s vision is clear: to help these hardworking individuals thrive by providing affordable, flexible business plans tailored to their unique challenges and dreams. Just as she once stood by her family, she now extends her hand to others, driven by a sincere desire to see the community flourish and, through their success, contribute to the prosperity of the entire nation. Her work is more than a business—it is a calling to uplift, inspire, and serve in Christ’s love, making a meaningful difference one step at a time.
